Patricia Hermosa utsågs av Evo Morales som sin legale representant och med en personlig fullmakt för att kunna genomföra alla de nödvändiga uppgifterna efter att Morales hade accepterat att bli kandidat för partiet MAS i provinsen Cochabamba, en bastion för Evo och MAS. Morales kan själv inte verkställa dessa uppgifter eftersom han befinner sig i exil i Argentina.

Morales överlämnade därför alla sina personliga och legala dokument så som sitt ”Militära id-kort” och andra personliga dokument, alla i original. Dessa handlingar skulle Hermosa överlämna till Valtribunalen för att skriva in Morales som kandidat till senaten för länet Cochabamba.

Men döm om förvåningen för Hermosa när hon anlände till Bolivia och möttes av agenter för den hemliga Politiska Polisen underordnad fascistjuntan i presidentpalatset som arresterade henne.

Igår ställdes hon inför rätta och dömdes att inte kunna verka som advokat under de kommande sex månaderna. I praktiken innebär det att hon med Morales´ fullmakt inte kan skriva in den förre presidenten i Bolivia. Hon fördes också till fängelset anklagad för ”Terrorism och finansiering av Terrorism”!

Om detta hade hänt i Venezuela, där Historiens Störste Pajas begår det ena brottet efter det andra mot den venezuelanska konstitutionen, vad hade då OAS, Almagro och andra knähundar i tjänst hos Donald Trump sagt eller skrivit?

Justice determines custody in criminal legal representative Obrajes for Morales

Martin Irusta lawyer, legal defense of Hermosa, rejected the injunction against his client because there was no risk of flight risk or other procedural in nature.

The Tenth Court of Criminal Instruction on Sunday ordered the arrest of Patricia preventive Hermosa, former head of cabinet and holder of the legal president Evo Morales, in the prison of Obrajes, at the possible risk of absconding and obstruction of investigations.

At the conclusion of the hearing, the prosecutor matter, Rudy Terrazas, said the evidence found against Hermosa notice signs of having committed crimes of sedition, terrorism and financing terrorism, attempted.

Patricia Hermosa was apprehended by members of the Special Force against Crime (FELCC) of La Paz, last Friday for his alleged involvement in crimes of sedition and terrorism after having demonstrated communication with exaltest authorities of the government of Evo Morales, during social political conflicts that the country experienced between October and November 2019.

He said that the splitting of the audios, the information statement Gabina Condori, computer report patrols are part of the evidence presented by the prosecution and assessed by the judge in the case.

"The patrol will report and evidence speak of the situation (of violence in the country) that has been generated from the 11 to November 20," he said.

Meanwhile, the lawyer Martin Irusta, legal defense of Hermosa, rejected the injunction against his client because there was no risk of flight risk or other procedural in nature.

He noted that the migration report, which supports the judge the risk of flight, are met Hermosa travel when public functions.

"As a defense have appealed and hopefully the chief judge can assess objectively and determine alternative measures (...) that has proven travel is when Evo Morales was president," he said. (02.02.2020)
